Get deeper web insights with our Google integration. As well as its own host of inbuilt web and chat analytics, WhosOn also works with your Google Analytics suite.
This means you can feed additional data from chat sessions into your Analytics reporting, for a more detailed breakdown of website metrics. Here’s how it works:
• You can implement your WhosOn tracking code into Google Tag Manager
• This will then feed WhosOn chat data into your Google Analytics account
• You can tell Analytics to listen for chat button click events (i.e. start chat, end chat)
• This records when a chat is launched or ended, for use in your broader Analytics reports
• If needed, we can also help you set up advanced reporting (on agents, session IDs, etc.)
