Jim continues to provide superb service. He came back from vacation (I think) and jumped right into helping us. He again went above and beyond and ensured we are up and running 100%. complicated technical issue that was difficult to reproduce, especially without access to the client test environment, so roundabout way to reproduce it was the only way. Ben kept at it until it was shown. Most tech organisations would have refused to try the method to reproduce it. Really excellent.
