Our chat preview feature gives you a sneak-peek into the visitor’s message. You can see what the visitor is typing as they type — before they hit the ‘send’ button.

For your agents, this means an early advantage in detecting the visitor’s mood and need. You can use the chat preview to:

• Help users faster, by identifying what they need pre-emptively

• Start retrieving relevant information right away, such as order information or ticket details

• Identify the customer’s real mood, by seeing what they delete as well as what they send

• Keep track of the customer’s typing progress, so you can multi-task more efficiently

• Detect abusive or profane language, to flag problematic sessions chat before they escalate
