The Azure Cosmos integration opens opportunity for all manner of third-party reporting and processing options. All while cutting demand on your local database. Here’s what you need to know:
• You can archive chats to Azure either server-wide, or on a site-by-site basis
• With this setting enabled, WhosOn will send new/updated chats to Azure 1 minute after the session closes
• Chats export as JSON, containing the conversation as well as every piece of associated data
• Your chat data is encrypted at rest by default, for maximum security storage
• You can also use your data to trigger Azure functions and run custom external reports
