WhosOn makes it easy to keep track of agents and their chat activity. As part of this, it powers an auto-discover feature for managers.
Auto-discover gives you a centralised, real-time dashboard of user activity and status inside an Azure database. Here’s how it works:
• Auto-discover is for customers taking advantage of the WhosOn Azure Cosmos integration
• If enabled, WhosOn sends real-time agent status information to Azure
• You then get a control database of all users connected to the server
• Agent status data can also be exported, for custom reports on activity and trends
• Auto-discover also powers smooth logins, with the chat client automatically connecting to the right server
