Availability schedules

WhosOn helps you set agent availability schedules across the day. From within the WhosOn client, you can define work periods and assign fixed rotas.

This is a great tool for both time management and consistent customer service coverage, helping you run a tight ship. With availability schedules, you can:

  • Enter and edit work periods for individual agents, including start, lunch and finish times
  • WhosOn then automatically adjusts agent availability based on their working hours
  • Agents who are logged into WhosOn outside their working hours are set to “away”
  • Agents who are about to finish will be given lower priority in automated chat routing
  • Any number of separate work periods can be defined, for each day of the week
