This tab is used to enable the built in support ticketing system that is included with the WhosOn Enterprise Edition.

Enable Ticketing

Enable this option to switch on the ticketing system. You can then enable the ticketing system on a site-by-site basis in the site properties.

Enable Email2DB Integration

Enable this option if you want to use Email2DB to send outgoing ticket response emails. Email2DB must be installed and running on the same machine as WhosOn. If not enabled WhosOn will send emails itself.

Ticketing Web Services URL

This is the URL to the WhosOn web services. By default it will be set to the same URL that the web charts uses (http://{yourdns}/whosoncharts/) as the ticketing web services are contained within the WhosOn Web Charts application.
