    In terms of features, very little. With WhosOn, we charge you based on hosting setup. We don’t believe in squeezing extra money out of customers based on how many features you’re allowed to access. Our core smart features are included across the board. You only pay more if you want third-party or bespoke add-ons – which come at a cost to us to deliver.

    No. We charge based on concurrent users, not the total number of users set up in your WhosOn account. So, you pay based on how many operators you need to be active on WhosOn simultaneously. For example, if you have 10 live chat operators in your team but only ever need 5 online at once, you’d pay for a 5-seat account.

    Yes. Each site can have its own unique settings and chat rules, too. You can manage how chat works across your multiple websites via the WhosOn settings portal.

    You download WhosOn, add the tracking code to your website, and go. You’ll have full use of the product for 30 days, after which you can then pay by credit card if you’d like to proceed.

    Online, we accept all major credit cards. We can also accept PayPal if you’ve been issued with a direct invoice or quote.

    No, but we do have a fair-usage bandwidth limitation. The standard cloud service is limited to 10 operator seats, 20,000 daily page views, 10,000 daily unique visits and 1000 concurrent connections. If you need more bandwidth, or if you exceed these limits, we can monitor your server and assess your needs. Then, we can work with you to provide an appropriate server capacity upgrade.

    Yes. We can provide perpetual licences as part of our on-premises deployment route. Get in touch with the sales team using sales@parkersoftware.com to discuss.

    You can cancel your subscription at any time, at no cost. Just give us your 30 days’ notice for a standard monthly subscription and we’ll close your account at the end of the term.
