Web Developer / Webmaster


Responsibilities
  • Development of the Web Site for Parker Software’s Products.
  • Managing the overall web presence by assisting the marketing team with blogs and news feeds.
  • Creation of new content to improve Parker software’s position with posts to our own web site and external news services.
  • Overseeing Design Changes, and realising any web requirements of Internal Departments.
  • Working with design and image partners to source graphic content for the website.
  • Managing the Search Engine Optimization effort of the company to improve the ranking.
  • Assisting the Technical Team with debugging installations of JavaScript code into customer sites.
  • Performing customisation of the WhosOn JavaScript code and overseeing its installation into customer sites.

Experience
  • Proven experience with .NET environment
  • Proven experience with the VB.NET programming language
  • Proven experience with HTML, CSS and associated technologies
  • Proven experience authoring content
Useful Additional Skills
  • Image / Graphic Design Skills

Inside Sales Executive


Salary Dependent on Experience + OTE

Due to the continued success of Parker Software and our ambitious plans for growth we now require a UK based Inside Sales Executive, experienced in new business software sales.


Responsibilities:
  • Effective Lead Generation and proactively prospect, pursue and close new business
  • Effectively qualify clients to assess their needs
  • Attain and exceed outbound call objectives
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect information in sales management database for processing sales, and keeping comprehensive and accurate client information
  • Timely and accurate activity reporting
  • Develop proficiency in WhosOn and Email2Db applications
  • Present company's software solutions to potential customers
Requirements:
  • Strong initiative with a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Due to continued expansion we are now looking for a software support technician who can provide first line product support for WhosOn and Email2DB.

Ideal candidates will have:
- 3+ years of customer/software support experience.
- Strong communication & client interaction skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Workstation & Servers) & Office.
- Knowledge of HTML & web design technologies including: Javascript, JQuery, AJAX, IIS.
- Knowledge of SQL databases.
