WhosOn gives you a real time view of your website visitor activity. You can watch visitors arrive at your site and
move from page to page in real time. This is referred to as live web statistics or just 'live stats'.
You can see where they came from (the Referrer), and
specific data about the visitor, such as Country & City, Organization, Browser and Operating System. You can see if
the visitor has been to your site before and if so, details
of each previous visit.
All this information is updated in real time.

Engage your visitors with proactive live chat invite requests. Helps to increase
conversion rates and reduce abandonment. Configure multiple rule-based dynamic
invites or send manual invites whilst watching visitor activity.

Dynamic Rule Based Invites
You can also create any number of Dynamic Invites. Each Dynamic Invite can have its own image, sound and movement/placement properties. You can assign
auto-send rules to each invite. WhosOn will then send invites on your behalf.
Customer Ticketing enables support incident 'Tickets' to be created. Operators then open and
respond to tickets via their secure WhosOn Client. Ticket responses are sent to
customers via email. The customer can reply to the email which will then get
added to the ticket.
Chat sessions can be escalated to a ticket if the chat operator is unable to
resolve the customer's question.
Tickets are distributed to the correct set of operators using automated
skills-based ticket distribution.

Dynamic Chat Invites
You can setup an auto-invite when a Prospect is detected. WhosOn will then
automatically send a chat invite request to the visitor. Any of your predefined
invites can be used.
In addition to live web statistics, WhosOn updates a database of Visits, Visitors, Page
Views, Referrers and Keywords etc. You can run reports on this
database using the included Charts & Reports tool. Over 75
standard traffic analysis and website statistics reports are included, plus you can
create your own.
Web analytics reports can be accessed via the fast Windows-based viewer or via the
included web interface for remote users.
Automated Daily, Weekly & Monthly web traffic reports are also sent to you by
WhosOn via email in PDF format.

Using the WhosOn Client you can view live stats and chat to your visitors (and other Client users).
Multiple Clients can be connected to a
single WhosOn Server. The WhosOn Client connects to the WhosOn Server via a secure
TCP/IP connection, so it will work via your internal network or via the Internet.
You can use the Client to view both live stats, visitor lists & reports for
today and previous days. Password access can be configured so that operators
only see site data that they have access to. Access control can also be
configured on a per user bases allowing full control over the options and views
that each user can see. Operator performance and activity reporting is included.
The Client is available as a fast native Windows application and as a cross
platform, browser based solution. iPhone and Windows Mobile clients are also
available.
