Live Chat Integration With Salesforce CRM
WhosOn can now integrate with Salesforce CRM.
Live chat transcripts and call back requests can be added to Salesforce with
a click of a button directly from the WhosOn Client. You can assign live chat sessions
to existing leads/accounts/contacts or create new ones directly from WhosOn. This
enables Salesforce users to view a complete history of live chat sessions.
Click-to-call-back requests can be added to Salesforce as new open or closed
calls.
You can select any visitor from the live visitor view and send their details to
Salesforce. This is useful when you see a potential customer on your site.
New prospects detected by WhosOn can be automatically added to Salesforce in
real time by the WhosOn server.
Note: Salesforce CRM Integration is available with WhosOn Installable Enterprise edition and with the WhosOn Hosted Version.
