Parker Software developers of the leading website live chat and live website visitor analytics solution, WhosOn, are set to release their latest version WhosOn 2011.
Advanced features such as skills based routing, so live web chats can be directed to a relevant operator or department or product service specialist, operator photos and a dynamic knowledge base are just some of the anticipated product highlights for the new release.
WhosOn Live Chat has continued to evolve since its inception in 2003, and with planned quarterley releases throughout 2011 as part of the development roadmap, already looks set to pave the way for another successful year for Parker Software.
An official release date has not been provided, however a release within the first month of the year is confirmed.
