Parker Software Sponsors The Public Sector Customer Services Forum.

Parker Software developers of Email2Db and WhosOn have recently joined the Public Sector Customer Services Forum as one of their sponsors.

The Public Sector Customer Services Forum is a community dedicated to exploring how business process, people and workforce or even technical solutions addressing service issues across the public sector can be shared and used more effectively.

The forum provides an online knowledge sharing facility which essentially sustains dialogue, interaction and learning for subscribers and community members. Beyond the online presence Parker Software will be attending regular scheduled Public Sector Contact Centre Forums events.

Parker Software aims to increase awareness within the public sector of its Email2DB software, which automates email processes and improves email management, and WhosOn its live chat and web analytics software. Both applications focus on customer interaction with a contact or service desk environment and have been used extensively within different vertical markets to help improve customer contact whilst reducing costs.

Parker Software, are already engaging with a number of local authorities and the see a large opportunity within the public sector to help authorities achieve significant cost savings outlined under the coalition government budget cuts, whilst still helping these authorities improve customer service.
