Parker Software, a UK software firm which has a global customer base is continuing its successful growth with the appointment of Ian Rowley as Business Development Manager.
Ian joins a team of six working for clients across the UK, Europe and the US and he will use his considerable expertise gained over 11 years in the IT and Telecoms industry, to further assist with the growth of Parker Software which has seen turnover increase by 50% in the last year.
Bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience across a broad range of industry sectors, Ian will be focusing on developing sales for the company's two main products WhosOn, a software tool for monitoring website activity in real time and providing 'live chat' communication to engage online customers and Email2DB, a software tool for analysing and extracting data from incoming emails and integrating these with business processes to create fast and comprehensive automated databases and send auto-responses ultimately improving customer contact.
Ian comments: "As more and more people do business on the Internet, websites need to become more interactive with web visitors and companies need to engage more with web customers through regular updates, emails and customer service requests. Increasingly therefore, companies are looking for a broader integrated software capability that can offer an easy and secure way of both engaging customers in real time at the point of entry to a website and also using the information on customer contact and order forms to keep in touch with that customer and manage their customer service requirements.
