Parker Software Record another Year of Growth

2010 has been another outstanding year of success for Parker Software. Figures for the current financial year have shown an increase in turnover in the region of 45% compared to the previous year and a significant rise in profits for the company.

Parker software produce two flagship products, WhosOn which allows website owners view live visitors to their website and engage with those visitors via chat to improve customer service and improve online sales. Email2DB is an email automation solution which helps improve email processing and responses by parsing information from emails into and from databases. These solutions are used throughout the world.

Parker Software headquartered in the UK opened their first US office in Orlando, Florida and appointed a new country partner in Hong Kong as part of their growth strategy for the year. In addition there have been a number of new internal appointments, to bolster their continued growth plans.

Throughout the current financial year Parker Software have secured a number of leading enterprise customers which include, ADT, Carphone Warehouse, Avaya, Carrefour, Ericson, Fox, Manpower, Nestle, Xerox, Aflac, Credit One Bank, Mig Bank, Dymo, Phones4U, Samsung, Manheim, Philadelphia Insurance and Unisys to name a few.

"This year has been very challenging for us as a business, we have had to work significantly harder to achieve what we have achieved, organisations have seen budgets reduced significantly, which has obviously impacted on many business including our own," says Ian Rowley Business Development Manager for Parker Software.
