Parker Software Ltd., a U.K. based software company, announced today the integration of their product, WhosOn, with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics, the top two Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. Both CRM platforms can be fully integrated with WhosOn, a solution that tracks, engages, and reports on visitors to a website in real-time through live chat and web analytics.
Developed initially to meet an internal need, Parker soon realized through customer feedback that there was a need to integrate WhosOn with CRM applications. Parker continually engages their customers through their active forums to prioritize feature development for their products.
