WhosOn Installable - Self Hosted Live Chat & Visitor Tracking

WhosOn Installable is a self-contained, self hosted on-premise live stats, web analytics, visitor live chat and real time customer ticketing solution. It is installed and runs on your own server and does not depend on any third party services and so has no on-going costs. The Installable version requires a Windows Server with a permanent Internet connection.
 
The Installable Version can monitor any number of websites. The WhosOn 'Client' can be run on remote PC's (Windows, Web, Mac or iPhone) to watch live stats, engage visitors with invites and live chat, and to respond to support tickets.

WhosOn allows you to watch your web site visitor activity in real time. See visitors arriving at your site and move from page to page. See how they found your site, what keywords they used and where they are in the world. WhosOn will display GEO-IP against each visitor, including country, city, region and organization name. You can see if the visitor has been to your site before and if they are a prospect.

Engage Your Visitors

WhosOn enables you to proactively engage your visitors by sending them popup friendly 'invite' messages. Visitors can click the message to start a live chat session. You can send custom messages that are unique to each visitor. WhosOn can also automatically send dynamic invites to visitors when specific conditions are met (for example, visitor arrives from a certain city or via a certain PPC campaign, or used specific keywords).

Real Time Customer Support Ticketing

The Enterprise Edition includes real time customer support ticketing. Live chat sessions can be escalated to the ticketing system. Tickets can also be created manually, via a web based form and imported directly from emails (via Email2DB). Tickets can include any number of custom fields and attachments. Features automated skills-based ticket distribution. Ticket responses are delivered to customers via threaded email.

WhosOn can translate chat text in real time. The visitor and operator can chat in their own language, with the WhosOn Server performing the live translation in the middle. Live translation enables you to widen your available market.

Visitors on your web site click click a link to request a call back from someone in your organization via a simple form. WhosOn automatically notifies operators via popup, email and/or SMS that they need to make a call back at the correct time. All call back requests and visitor contact information are stored in the WhosOn database.
If you use Skype VOIP, you can even call the visitor directly from within the WhosOn Client.
