Ticketing must first be enabled in the WhosOn Server options. Choose File - Program Options using the WhosOn Administrator. Select the Ticketing tab and enable the Ticketing Enabled option.

 

You can then enable Ticketing on a site-by-site basis. Open the Site Properties for the site and enable the Ticketing Enabled option on the first tab of the site properties.

 

Ticketing can only be enabled for a site via the WhosOn Administrator. It cannot be switched on using the WhosOn Client - however the ticketing options for the site are configured via the WhosOn Client once enabled.

 

Once ticketing is enabled for a site you then use the WhosOn Client to configure the Ticketing Properties for that site.

 

Start the WhosOn Client. Click the Tickets tab on the ribbon bar and the click the Ticketing Properties button:

Note: Only users with the Can Edit Site Properties user right enabled can access the Ticketing Properties.
