WhosOn are to exhibit at Microsoft Convergence for the 4th year in a row, held in Atlanta from 16-19 March 2015.
This premier business event is where thought and business leaders, including Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, will unite to discover and learn about up and coming business solutions and innovative products, ground breaking technologies, and to also take advantage of the extensive networking and social opportunities.
Now in its 19th year, Convergence has developed and grown massively from an event created for the 100 early adopters of Microsoft Dynamics.
As WhosOn Live Chat Solution fully integrates with Dynamics CRM systems, the platform is perfectly suited to this event.
2014 was a successful year for live chat software growth, with many companies now recognising the need for live chat, to not only service customers in real time, but to also support internal teams.
The WhosOn solution is for both SME and Enterprise businesses, and is now the communication channel of choice for many online shoppers, especially millenials.
Representatives attending the show will include influential leaders such as Daniel Tallentire, Technical Manager, and Stephen Conlon, Business Development Manager.
As WhosOn was created and is developed in house, they know everything that there is to know about the product; will be able to provide an in-depth insight and answer any questions that may arise.
The team will travel for 9+ hours covering 3898 miles to attend the 4 day, annual event.
Howard Williams, Marketing Manager, commented:
“We are thrilled to be exhibiting at Microsoft Convergence US again this year. Over the past 4 years, we have made many invaluable contacts and found many leads at the event; due to our frequent presence, are now widely recognised each year.
We can’t wait to showcase WhosOn and its latest developments yet again this year. We always receive positive feedback and leave a lasting impact.”
